you've got some interesting sounds there, and some pretty catchy beats too. nice job with the compression, keep up the good work

Why, thank you.

nice

the set part with the jazz brushes was sick. it ends a little abruptly though

heartfelt

Great piano playing, it's a shame there is that buzz there on the recording, but it didn't detract from my enjoyment. My only suggestion would be to use a less harsh voice patch at 2:34, it sort of took me by surprise and seemed very rough contrasted with the expressive piano. Other than that, great stuff!

Hi again, thanks for the review. You can't put great quality recordings on here, just mp3. Save the top quality for serious artists wanting the full session.

wonderful

Absolutely breathtaking, Reasoner. Your musical sense is amazing. As a pianist, I really appreciated this piece. Keep this up, I'm a big fan now.

very enjoyable

As a pianist myself, I really enjoyed this piece, it's very expressive and melancholy and I much appreciate that. One thing I noticed is that every once and a while, the timing, especially when you were rolling chords, got a little goofy and uneven, although I'm thinking that may have been a problem with quantizing. Other than that little nitpick, I have no complaints, and I'm looking forward to hearing more from you. Keep up the good work!

MarkySpark responds:

Thankyou for your review, I respect what you have said. I am not a great pianist but play with my heart. I could of tweaked this but I left it as spontaneous and I had no idea where I was gonna go with it. It's very hard to do anything original these days :-)
